Most of the app works well but when to upgrade to get more features. That don't work very well you are stuck dealing what a chat bot that is no help. And they are closed most of the time..

10-6-17 I am happy to report that after my last review update, Cheryl reached out to me immediately and they are working on the issue. So thankful the wonderful KB service we've always received has returned, and was only caused by a misplaced email. :)

Fantastic, fantastic support and a great product. We have a ton of testimonials on Facebook and were able to pull those into our site and make it look just like the site design - which was awesome. We don't have any product reviews yet but we have that installed now with the help of support and we look forward to having this important feature on our site - thanks KUDOBUZZ!
