I've used many of the leading helpdesks and, for me and my team, Kustomer takes the cake. Kustomer's workflow engine, pre-built integrations, custom integration capabilities, and the ability to customize almost any single aspect in the platform are what stands out for us. We also love the unified view of the customer's interactions with our brand and the strong Shopify connection.
