This app is now the best option as Advanced COD has been disabled. I had a few issues initially but Pankaj and team sorted it out even though they had a tough weekend due to the rush of businesses flooding to get onboarded on the app. I am satisfied with the implementation and looking forward to future updates. Kudos to Pankaj for hand holding us through our issues and explaining it in detail. This app will enable us to increase conversions through their vast database and enable us to process COD orders seamlessly and securely. Its a no brainer for all COD needs!
I recommend call service. please make it available. I talked in chat for 1 hour but didn't get any solution. when connected via google meet I got solution in only 5-10 minutes. so, helpline number is most need.
It is a wonderful app covering all features which would be needed for any store with a cash on delivery payment method. Has a great support staff as well who are just a message away to help set this app up correctly for use. Recommend it!

Just switched from COD King app to Kwik COD. I think i messed up the onboarding configurations myself. I then reached out to support and Manshi from the Kwik team was super at providing clear cut solutions and being very prompt.
