Great app. Works well for all of our price tag needs. Highly recommend. No issues and prompt support.
WE love this service. BUT there is NEVER any customer service or help. It is appalling that we take the time to run this app only to have it fail and have to attempt to start over! I have tried numerous times to reach these people and never ever had any contact. It's my fault for keeping using them...because it works great when it works. But I have had no help in the 3 plus years that I have used their service. I am on a search for a new service...but so far no luck.
This app appeared perfect for our needs to create customised barcode labels for products with much more flexibility than the default barcode label printer app. However it relies on you creating your layout in the Dymo software and sending to developer to create template. I have been waiting for over a month and no templates. I have emailed the developer again and again - no response. Really unprofessional. Shopify should remove this app from the app store.
Huge waste of time.
This shouldn't be allowed to be downloaded by any business as there is no customer service or replies to queries.
great system if you want in $ but being based in the UK is does not work, the support is terrible as they never email you back, sorry for the bad review but i wasted so much time on this app
said free app but ask for 9,99$ during install
On the App Store Page it says this app was free. Then on first startup it wants you to accept a monthly plan of 9,99$. Without it, it is not usable. This is misleading.

So far I have not been able to reach anyone for support after 4 weeks of trying by email or phone.
Can't post a one star review because somehow it wont let me. But don't waste your time. Wasted about two weeks trying to make this app work. There is no support. Get an app that has support instead. It works initially, and it can print labels with the dymo app, but then the barcodes cannot be recognized by the socket scanner, which makes it all worthless, because if barcodes cannot be read, there is no point in using them.
The latest version of this App has made it a brilliant solution to our barcode label needs. Jeff gives great support and we are very impressed.
Easy to use if you want to implement SKU's on your site.
I've contacted support twice with no response. I want to love this app, the label design is perfect for our needs, but they print out with no barcode - just an error message about the barcode data being invalid. I had to delete the app after the trial because of the lack of support and inability to fix the problem with the barcodes.
