I spoke with Emily and she was so helpful. There was no waiting time, and she sent me screenshots and provided me with even extra information to help me resolve my issue. communication between us was so clear and she was very patient, i didn't know what to expect as it is a chat box but i could tell Emily was on to it and looking for a solution the whole time.

I've been using the app for a long time now. I am very satisfied for the following reasons:

I would never ever use this again, avoid this like the plague if you value your product page's quality.

Had two weeks of randomly not showing review section or rating star section. Had to ask support way too many times to fix it. Every time they fixed it, I check the next day to find it disappearing again. Even when they did happen to make the sections show, the review images would be on and off. Mix this in with it showing on mobile and not desktop or vice versa and you can see how frustrated I am with them.

They'll answer your support ticket quick alright but the problem just persists and never gets fixed.
