There was no waiting time, and she sent me screenshots and provided me with even extra information to help me resolve my issue. communication between us was so clear and she was very patient, i didn't know what to expect as it is a chat box but i could tell Emily was on to it and looking for a solution the whole time.

Great app. Attentive support.

Super good support, fast team and way cheaper than other review platforms. Love that you can tweak reviews and names if you have a store in a country different to the original listings. Also being able to import from Amazon instead of just Aliexpress is AWESOME.
