I couldn't even articulate my problem very well, but surprisingly, they all understood and promptly helped me resolve the issue. Probably the fastest and most effective support to help get what you need. I just wish Amazon allowed more than 100 review importing - pretty tedious but worth.

So far the experience with LAI Product Reviews is been smooth. The App is intuitive and gives enough control and guidance on how to present the Reviews. The customer care is very responsive whenever I have an issue and they are quick to provide guidance. And offcourse, the price is very friendly for the capabilities they offer..
