This is one of the most useful apps there is for any shopfiy user. Reviews are essential for making sales on shopify and LAI product Reviews makes it so easy to input and manage all your reviews efforlessly. Their customer service is one of the best I have come across, Parker helped me navigate around the app and directed me to the right paid plan to use.

From start to finish, my experience with Lai Reviews has been nothing short of excellent. Emily and the support team answered all my questions and have gone above and beyond to ensure that I have everything set up correctly.
LAI competes with the leading review apps on Shopify without issues and even beats those at some points. For example the loading speed of the review sections is instant, on other review apps you would have to wait 1 - 2 seconds until the star rating pops up. Also the price point is really good for the features you get (Amazon import + video reviews). Last but not least the customer support is fantastic. I had a few requests about custom features and Emily & Nate helped me out.
