Best review app out there, have tried a few and LAI Reviews are best. I use them for all my stores. You can EDIT reviews and their support is genuinely very good, they respond within a few minutes and are useful.

I needed assistance with modifying the mobile layout of the app, and they handled my request with incredible professionalism and kindness. Each of them promptly answered my questions and made sure I felt supported throughout the process.

I’ve used many apps, but this one stands out not just for its features but for the outstanding customer service behind it. Every time I create a new store, this app is always the first one I install because I genuinely believe it’s the best in its category. I highly recommend this app for dropshipping stores as it can import reviews from various sources. The best part is that it allows you to edit imported reviews that contain sensitive information (e.g., names of other branches). The customer service is excellent – Alena assisted me in manually importing Amazon reviews while the import service was temporarily unavailable.

欲しい機能は概ね揃っているので助かります。当初他のツールを使っていましたが、乗り換えも難なくできました。
shopify Flowとの連携もできるため、ログインユーザーのアドレスを自動入力にしたり、レビューを書いたユーザーへの特典付与などの施策を実施することもできました。

また、問題が発生した場合でもチャットで質問することで迅速に回答いただけて非常に助かります。

The customer service is not comparable to other review apps (would give more than 5* if I could!). The generosity from the customer service and the performance of the app is absolutely worth integrating and worth every penny that I am paying.

The app cost to start with is affordable and to be honest with how good the app is, granting transparency and good design for your store, I can see it definitely improving trust throughout my store.

Loving the ap, I had an issue where I couldn't download reviews from Amazon and withing 30 minutes Emily had the issue fixed, there was another issue I had where I didn't know why my reviews were downloading from Aliexpress, come to find out it was because I had country filters on, Emily help out with that as well.

They have really fast and friendly customer service, I highly recommend them for your app reviews.
