Eventhough there was a bug with the language switcher, the service was really reactive, responded in a few minutes and resolved the issue in less than an hour.
Except for this issue, Langify is a great tool that helps us lots.

We have a shop in 5 languages and had quite some struggles to get every part translated correctly, especially when our content changed frequently. We were almost about to quit the app. Now that our content is changed less frequently, and since the support got better and we are hoping this trend continues so that we can keep Langify.

La app es algo compleja de utilizar al principio, pero es muy eficiente y tiene un muy buen soporte, contestan muy rápido y ayudan a resolver todas las dudas.

Para mantener una web con varios idiomas, es algo complejo, ya que al realizar traducciones manuales, cada cambio en la web, hay que modificarlo en las traducciones. Pero funciona perfectamente.

Easy to use and if I had questions the support team was readily available to assist. Would recommend app.

Best support team on Shopify App Store! A few points for app improvement. Duplicated translations, slow loading speed in Asia, static content needs to be resaved manually every time whenever there's any page changes, no bulk removal for custom content (we rely on custom content A LOT in version 1). Would be a 5-star app if all these points are improved.

The app is a little slow but damn, they've a VERY fast and VERY efficient support team! Recommended.

The app is easy to use and customer service respond very quickly to our requests. Our site is up and running in English and French.

I really love this app, just one suggestion , I have more than 6000 products on my website, can you make atleast import translation faster ..?
That will be a great help in future , my shop is growing with number of products and at the same time i am curios with translation system you have, the system is very great no doubt but very slow . It take 15 hours for importing the translation for 1 language , so you can imagine now , if i have to translate in 8 languages .

Please consider this suggestion !

It is a candidate to be the best translation application, but it has some shortcomings and I think it needs to be updated urgently.

1.Easy filtering of untranslated content would be great.
2.Also, by integrating the contents with google sheets, faster updates can be provided.
3.When we change the content of the product with automatic translation, the url structure of the product does not change. the url structure needs to be changed with the title in accordance with the content.

You need to do a lot of manual processing.

well i had a problem to set this app in my shop and i contacted to the costumer service and is awesome, they helped me to set up the app in my shop, really fast and effective, I am using this application for about 1 year, and i totally recomend
