Good customer support but would be better if they can provide live chat support . when it comes to image translation this is app is the best.
My template does not seem to be the best to ease the translation process while using Shopify, but the assistance service is great! The people at Langify have made it much easier to make the transition to a bilingual website, which is imperative for my business. I believe Langify is the best app out there to translate your website efficiently! Plus the cart can now be translated!
perfect customer support with coding problem, very satisfied with the service although there is a little bit complicate to use.
Big thanks to Francesco with his profession and timely responsive!! Although we didn't commit their service at this moment, he is still so helpful on my questions and solved them out immediately. Excellent Service!
Langify v2 Cons, found with my experience:
- unable to manage pages from page builder, other than pagefly
- impossible to translate the contents of the site (cart, account, etc.)
- does not recognize all metafields
- very complex and not very functional installation, always required technical support
- language change menu stops working with each language change
- performance dropped from 60 ...

literally destroyed my website and they are telling me that the people to blame is shopify, while the issue came directly afer installing their app i'm literally dreaming here
Update: The support team reached out quickly and helped resolve the issue. They were very knowledgeable. I still think setup, onboarding process, and compatibility with shopify markets could be improved-no shop owner should have his store go down for a whole day as soon as an app is installed. But I do appreciate that they are able to fix issues quickly. Still need to push translations live ...
