We're using Langify for a year now. Through the redesign of the website, some issues appeared and some translations couldn't be found.
But the Langify team, especially Chief Developer Johannes in person, gave us a wonderful and prompt support, even at night and on weekends, so we will be able to launch our new site on Sunday happily.

Excellent working, easy to setup. Tony from customer support immediately solved my issues. 10/10 Customer service. Great app, but it would be also great to add the feature to edit the translation directly on the store page view as well.

We use this app all the time for our online store. The support team are able to resolve most problems the same day. More complicated issues (like custom content or requests) usually don't take more than a couple days.

The app content is easy to use and broken down in categories like your admin page, allowing you to see your descriptions in the original language to be able to do the translation directly in the app. Also includes an auto translate option for easy to translate sections.
