The app is not always ultra easy to use but the support team is extremely fast and helpful to solve any issues.

The app is great, pretty powerful. The best thing about it though, compared to other apps, is the superb support you get from the team. Very responsive and very competent help desk! They went out of their way every time to help with my requests.
My template does not seem to be the best to ease the translation process while using Shopify, but the assistance service is great! The people at Langify have made it much easier to make the transition to a bilingual website, which is imperative for my business. I believe Langify is the best app out there to translate your website efficiently! Plus the cart can now be translated!

Support is most of the time very quick and effective! We recently changed to Langify V2 and it's great! I would recommand Langify instead of Weglot.

This app is fairly easy to set up and use. The v2 update really improved the UI. It's not perfect, but of all the language translation options we've looked into, this has been the most efficient. If you're looking for a quick machine translation, this probably isn't the one, but if you want more nuanced control, this is a good place to start. Products, collections, themes, metafields, pages, articles, blogs, notifications, shop code, and even custom translations for special cases. Also, support has been helpful. We've had a few instances when something changed in our theme and the translations didn't work properly or the switcher didn't play nicely with the new theme code, and support was always able to fix it for us. My one major disappointment (for anyone planning to use third-party translation platforms, such as Crowdin): the Langify import/export seems to be using the actual string as the string identifier, so importing your translated strings only seems to work if the string has remained unchanged in Shopify. Since we're continually changing strings, this makes the import feature mostly useless for us, but considering the other features of this app, it seems worth the trade-off. (BTW, there are legitimate reasons for doing things this way; it's just an inconvenience for us.)
Sometimes the app is kind of confusing. So many sections, themes, pages, static, custom areas... But I had a great and fast support bei Martin Onami. Thank you!
