I am very happy with the live chat support, there always online and very helpful.

Langshop is by far the best translation app out there. It is the only only that serve our needs. We have tested many others including Weglot and native Shopify features. Also they have live chat customer service that replies instantly to any issues you encounter.

awful, automatically translated everything in the store, overridden the theme language provided from the developer and replaced it with an awful automatic translation. app shouldn't be in the store at all.

I added DeepL and it translates very well, but it was long to set up all dynamic field. However, I add very good support from the team.

I uninstalled your app because of some mistakes you made, you mixed the flags of many countries, i can tell you for example about Arabic language, so you put strange flag in the Arabic language, it looks like from South American :). not from Arab world.

You have great app and i hope you will fix it. Good luck

L'assistance semble ne rien avoir a y faire a vos questions.
Je ne conseille pas, en plus de répondre a coté de la plaque, ils ne donne pas de code d'intégration a leur clients.
Ils demandent un tas de questions privées, ce n'est pas profésionnel.

oh my god , don't use it , they destroy my store , even if i uninstall it it keep show me a red bar at the top of my store that tell me to install the app (even if i use my store as a guest) and translation button keep showing , i don't know what should i do to remove this sh**t
