Navigating through the app to find where the content is hidden can sometimes be tricky, but once you figure it out, it works very well. Whenever you are stuck, the team is there to help and customer service agents reply very quickly, which is a must for any Shopify app. It is worth every penny!

The 3rd language switching app I seriously tried out, and after a few weeks, I gotta say, I'm a HUGE FAN.

Not only does this work MUCH better (loads quicker, looks better aka doesn't load first in Eng and then the other language) and the fact that the support is really responsive and fixes EVERYTHING I've asked of them (small css tweaks, font changes, stuff like that) and they do it quickly.

Which makes a HUGE difference, as the other apps I tried helped a bit, but after a while basically told me to learn how to do it. These guys have been SUPER helpful with everything, and I can't recommend them and this app enough.

This is an amazing app and great customer service! Representative was friendly, quick and super helpful! A must have!

As a result of sticking to translation accuracy, I chose LangShop. The initial setup is a bit harder, but it has been supported by quick response and kind support. I like this app.

If I could, I want to chose each language flag design. EX) UK flag to US flag in English.

20230728 - They have improved the speed of the translation extremly.
Also implemented new features which are very good. For example if you are using dynamic text and you have to update your theme it is stll copied to the new theme. Also other new features.
They will get now from my side 10 stars!!!!!!! I am a German and has high demands. I am very happy since few months. They worked hard to improve the app. I had a lot of complains in the past. Everything has been fixed in a high level. Now they will earn 10 stars from my side (in the past they got only 1 star temporarly because of several problems). The support will earn also 10 stars from my side. For other apps you have to wait days for a response. They will react in few minutes.

20230228 - They did a great update regarding metafields - This topic is also fixed now.
20230216 - They have changed the behavoir of the statistics within few days. This topic is fixed now.

In the summary the app to recommend because of the the features which the app supports.
Also the translations of dynamic text parts which are not part of the theme.

I've used several translating apps but by far this was the best app I've used! I had a problem, but I made an appointment and the problem was solved real smoothly. Thank you
