LangShop AI Language Translate

I just got this app after having a nightmare with another one (webinterpret). I am absolutely thrilled with the App, the tech support (awesome and fast), pricing and the look of the currency converter and language translation button placement. I've had friends from Spain and Germany check it out and they said the translation is very good and they loved seeing my website in their currency. Since the total amount changes from foreign currenty to dollars at the checkout, LangShop is making a custom pop up/text letting customers know about the change on the checkout page at no extra charge. I have nothing negative to say. Sales are already up overseas.

Not only is this app great (though the auto-translation can only be as good as automatic translators), but the support is fantastic! I'm used to getting nearly immediate responses from their team. Looking forward to some new features being added over the next month or two. Finally, coming back to automatic translations: if you're running a really serious business or have technical product descriptions, expect to pony up extra for a professional translation service (easily supported by LangShop). Langshop translated my webshop automatically and very accurate from english to german. I had some minor problems regarding hardcoded redirects wich switched the language back to english. But nothing was really a problem because the customer support is simply awesome, they fixed everything I told them by email in almost no time. They even helped me out with an adjustment, where they are not even really responsible for.
Overall: Great App with an outstanding customer support, definitely worth the money.
