Wow - these guys have thought of almost everything and seem very interested in user feedback. What an amazing piece of technology. I can quickly support many languages and currencies and then tune those with higher traffic using the pro translation option. Keep up the awesome work!

This app is truly amazing!! We tried weglot.com initially then switched to LangShop, couldn't be happier. The support is better (really helpful and faster). The app is insanely detailed and custom giving you full control! Thanks for making such a great app and providing probably the best customer support!

The app is great. I've translated my whole site into Spanish www.thedragqueencloset.com/es and the result is amazing. Basically, what it does is to duplicate your original Theme and creates the Langshop theme; that way your theme remains unaltered if you ever want to go back to it. You have to publish their theme and it is ready for the languages you pick (max. 5). You have the feeling that you're working within Shopify's admin all the time, like there's an admin within an admin, which makes it very intuitive. You can translate every element of your store (menus, collections, products, cart, checkout, third party apps -these by creating labels-, etc.). If you face any issue, the support team is very responsive, even on Easter's Sunday (it was my case). I must say, though, that the automatic translations aren't reliable, so you'd better translate every element manually if you don't want surreal stuff amongst your site's texts. I still give it 5* because I never expected automatic translations to be reliable (if you've used Google Chrome's translation tool when visiting a website, you'll know what I'm talking about).

We are very sorry that this is not the update that you expect, but we were very angry about something that happened to us. We ALREADY had this application installed under the STANDARD plan and with the Flow Translation option AVAILABLE. Well, months later, we decided to install this application in another shop to make a migration and now, in the new shop, we NO LONGER HAVE THE FLOW TRANSLATION option AVAILABLE. They force us to upgrade our account. Ridiculous! We have explained to technical support not once but TWICE that we ALREADY HAD that option enabled in our previous account under the STANDARD plan and that, due to the migration, when installing the app again it no longer appears, being under the same STANDARD plan. Sure, they have offered us a 20% discount but... What's the point if that makes them withdraw the functions? We had been with the app for MONTHS in the other shop and, surely, their policies changed and they decided to start charging for something they did NOT charge for before. And I accept that. But what is not acceptable is that a customer who ALREADY HAD THE APP INSTALLED previously with certain conditions, loses all rights because they simply had to migrate the shop. Of course, that is not an intelligent way of building customer loyalty. Good luck!

That's strange, I did not touch the app for months and now, each time I try to open it, I get the message : "oops, something went wrong". That's unfortunate, this app does a good job but now I can't add any new translations. Can you solve it? 6th October - Thanks to their quick reply, I managed to regain access to the app by allowing all cookies, a big thanks to the team. Quick question though : if I need all cookies to run on my browser to access the app, does our customers have to allow all cookies on their browser as well to access the translations?
I would like to apologize for the issue that you have faced. I have created an internal ticket to your shop in order to discuss the reported case.
Our developers have investigated the issue that occurred and figured out that it's related to the browser cookie, not our app.
That's why tho fix the issue, please allow all cookies in your browser settings, so the app can work again.

Regarding your question, no, your customers are not affected by this requirement.

Very useful! You can add many types of language. The support chat reply very quick and kind. The tec team is so helpful even if we asked too many things to fix. They helped us to put switchers on the header and how they work, etc. Highly recommend this app for the all the sellers on Shopify!

Klinq: we used two to three apps for at least two months including weglot ,langfy but always disappointed and faced so many issues. when we start working with lang shop we really felt relieved now we are very satisfied with the app. The support is awesome and their work is incredible.
