LangShop AI Language Translate

Top notch customer service. I was initially offended by the speed of translation but actually its Shopify internal communication issue. Their developers helped me out step by step and now using this app to translate my store in 5 languages.

Changed from one other translation app to this LangShop. Couple of Small startup problems occured but I am so pleased I received quickly clear answers and solution to my problem from LangShop`s expert. Great Service, thanks. Application seems to fit our needs (multilanguage, multicurrency) pretty well.

Since I am using this App quite a long time already, it's my pleasure to update my review and to provide another feedback about the support team:
I had quite some little issues, since I changed the Theme, made some updates, change the Cookie banner and software respectively....lost some metafields, translations all these issue connected with running a multilingual shop ...
It's my great pleasure to once again provide the Support team of Langshop/Agheadwporks a real 5 stars feedback ! They all respond very fast and resolve all the problems in a very competent and experienced manner..! Always !! All team members of Langshop are just great professional experts and do a real fantastic and great job, they help and try to resolve anyy problem and issue and never complain in the sense, that is someone else problem, caused by another App..or so , never !! If necessary, they even contact the developer of the corresponding App and resolve that issue with them ! It's really a great pleasure to work together with the Langshop team ! I highly recommend that App and in particular the fast and competent support team !

Today, after 7 months using this App, I would like to add another review: This App works very well, and I am very satisfied...But: The support Team is not only great, they really are excellent, competent, very fast, reply almost immediately, take the issue or problem as a challenge and they always are very succesfuI always have experienced such a fast and great support by everyone of the Langshop support team, that is my pleasure to recommend this App !! The Langshop support replies fast, and does everything in such a great and constructive way with high competence that they should receive not only 5 stars, but many many more....! It doesn't matter what day of the week, what time ...even at night early morning or during usual working hours, Langshop support team always respond fast !! and they are not only responding, they are resolving any problem, any issue one might have !!!! They really doing an excellent support and unbelievable fast and great !!!! and 7/24 always....!!!
