3年以上使用しています。操作のやり方や簡易な質問には早急に答えてくれて助かっています。
一方、アプリの不具合が多い。
1)「翻訳していないファイル」や「翻訳が中途になっているファイル」を選んでも、正しく表示されない。
2)作ったページのレイアウトが完全に崩壊します。これが一番の問題です。何度も発生しています。
3)問題があると開発に報告が行きますが、対処対応がとても遅い。問題のアプリを書きし続けることに疑問を感じています。
4)翻訳にはDeepLを使用していますが、翻訳内容としては問題ない。しかしレイアウトが壊されたとき標準の翻訳を使うと問題がない。非力な標準翻訳ではほぼ使えません。
5)他のアプリに切り替える検討をしているが、また一から学ぶのが面倒で放置している。

1) Could you please specify if filtering by the untranslated products produce results that are actually translated?
2) We understand how frustrating it can be. Advanced translation engines can conflict with the layout, which leads to issues. We are working on the improvement of the process, but it's a complex issue which is still being worked on.
3) We do our best to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible, but we understand sometimes it can interrupt a stable workflow, and we apologise for that.
4) As mentioned before, while advanced translation engines such as DeepL generally provide better translation quality, they can struggle with the technical symbols. OpenAI translation engine is usually better suited for translations that require preservation of the page layout.
5) We appreciate our customers greatly and are going to do our best to make a switch to a different app completely unnecessary!

We’ve been using LangShop for a few weeks now and it has been a great experience so far. The app is very user-friendly and easy to work with, which made the transition smooth from the start.
What we like the most is that LangShop works together with Shopify Translate & Adapt, something not many apps support. This makes managing translations much more flexible and efficient. The translation quality is very good, and we personally use the OpenAI integration, which was incredibly easy to connect and saves a lot of time.
The onboarding process was also excellent. Sofiya provided clear explanations, guided us through everything step by step, and made sure there was enough room to ask questions. Whenever we have questions, support is easy to reach and very helpful.
Overall, we are very satisfied and will definitely continue using this app. After a long search, it’s great to finally have a translation app that truly works well. we’re very happy to have found this one.

LangShop is the most flexible translation app we’ve used for Shopify.
Bulk translation works great, glossary support is solid, and it handles products, collections, pages, and SEO without issues. Perfect if you run multiple markets and want real control.
Support has also been quick and helpful. Worth it.
