Uplinkly Language Translate

Great customer service, great app

I write to support because have some problems and they fixed it in less than 1 day, very good app, recommended 100%!

First of all, I will say that the app "Uplinkly Language Translate" has got proper design taste. Before downloading the app I checked and find it really cooler then any other apps from shopify store with the same feature.
Secondly, the support. I'd rather provide a 10 start! The guy just mirror what I imagine for my website. Really really loved it.

Floating widget is really distracting. I contacted support couple of times and never had an answer. At least they could be polite enough to answer anything like "sorry we can't help you with that", but this ignorance isn't something you expect nowadays.

Update: Got a great customer support after some issues with communication. Their answers went to a spam folder that's why I never found them. At the end everything was fixed in a timely manner and it was a pleasure to work with such caring support team. Thank you!

Great app that gives international dimension to websites.

I was sceptical as so many translation apps need a payment plan or hidden costs but not this one it seems, all I wanted was a few languages and it has done that seamlessly and easily. I was so impressed I felt the need to come back and write a glowing review, this is the app you are looking for, outstandingly easy but thorough interface with some personality. Great.
