Excellent and quick service via chat! Also got a short programming lesson via a screen capturing video.
very simple to use and you can build a variety of different pages and like how the technical support is always there to give you a helping hand for any issues you encounter or if you want something more specific and would highly recommend
The customer service is very good Andy, in particular, is smart and AMAZING! I'm still waiting for the dev to solve my issues. If this app were updating its section it was perfect
They need to update the templates according to Shopify

A lot of customer have used and satisfied with our app, they are satisfied with the features that the app brings. But for you, you are asking for some new features that are too advanced and new designs that highly personalized, even beyond app's limits. And this is really not fair for us when you leave the bad review just for reason we can't do what you ask. Please know we’d like to make this right for you but we don't have enough human to support you that way please.

I am currently using this app to make my website. I used it for OUR STORY SECTION for my page www.Vembroideries.com. I like the simple and clean layout options. I like that I can play around with the view mode for laptop, ipad and phone. There were a few things that needed to be fixed. Emma from the Layout hub's customer support was supper helpful and went beyond to resolve the minute details promptly. The end result is exactly what I want.
Caroline also helped us with another issue we were having with out backend! Without explaining much of the issue, she was able to target the issue and figure it out for us!
Caroline our customer support help was extremely patient and helpful when we couldn't see something on our backend. She assisted us multiple times and generally understood what we need out of page utility.

LayoutHub is an excellent app for custom pages! It's pretty easy to use, and it has awesome templates. I have used the live chat to get a few things fixed, and the support was terrific! They were easy to talk to and fixed the issues in minutes. Best support I have had from a Shopify app.
Super easy to set up and maintain. The costumer support is seriously next level. Every time I have a problem I am talking to a real person within a minute and they always fix whatever I am trying to do, for me, within a few minutes. It is the easiest time updating my website. 10/10
