Very quick customer service chat to help with an issue I had with replication to live site, but they solved quickly. Great that you get up to 3 pages with their free plan, and nice selection of pages/blocks to choose from.

This is an excellent page builder. The app is very intuitive and definitely worth the price. The free plan is an excellent option offering full features and 3 pages. The support team handled all issues quickly.
The customer service responds very well and quickly. I ask questions at any time, and someone answers and solves them quickly. I am very patient. Please support them.
This app and the team are amazing. I've been helped by Dilys, Lucy, and Emma, and every one of them has been extremely attentive and they solved the issues I had! I'm so glad I purchased the Pro!
Do not install this app. Every time you change or update your theme all the images will go missing, leaving you to rebuild all of you pages. The support team responds with "Sorry for the inconvenience" - Not willing to assist at all. Literally the worst app in the store. I would highly recommend NOT using this app.

At the time you gave us the review, we felt so thankful because you still gave us chances to support you via live chat. About the images, we store them in your published theme. If you change the theme, please don't remove the old theme to make the images work well. This is a big lesson for us to improve everything to serve you better and I really wish that we will have more precious chances to assist you in the future.

Web design choices are many, customer service attitude is very good, what enthusiasm to answer the question
LayoutHub is the best! For someone who has very little coding experience, it is easy to build out pages that are on brand to the rest of our site. The customer service is amazing and they are always there to help you with whatever you need.
Basically, it's a simple but very efficient application for great design of web pages. However, it would be a good idea to add more options on the templates directly without having to touch the codes, for example moving the texts and or images from right to left, in different directions would be even better. On the other hand, a superb team that' s there to help you at any time, that is why I give them 5 stars.
