We used this app to build an about us page and needed help showing the team section of the page, which wasn't showing. I contacted help and was connected to Caroline. She was prompt, friendly, and fixed it right away. Kudos to Caroline & LayoutHub!
Saul was very patient and helped me with all my problems. Professional and very cool. Free templates are very impressive

I was running into some issues while trying to adjust the css code of one of my website's pages and after being ignored by Shopify's support team and not getting any solution from our dear Shopify community members, I decided to reach out to LayoutHub's support team.... Don't know why I haven't done it before, their Customer Support team member- Charlotte was able to solve my problem in less than 10 min!

Needed to make a customizable Landing Page. Looks super clean and professional. Ran into an issue with images publishing on the live site and support got back to me with screenshots and a step-by-step solution. Highly recommend!
Maybe this app does the job for most people, but I ran into a simple problem that support couldn't (or wouldn't) fix for several days. The newsletter form does not work and shows an error. First, I waited an hour on the chat for them to solve my problem, and then they realized that they couldn't and transferred the problem to the developers. Since then there has been no information. If they can't fix a little thing like this, how can I trust this app and be sure of support if bigger problems arise??? Maybe it's best to skip it and look for a better app.

Our customer support team works continuously but unfortunately our dev team won't work at the weekends.. And they back to work today is Monday
About the form issue on your page, our dev team has checked it but the issue doesn't come from the app side. It is related to the field in your Mailchimp account. To solve the issue: There are two ways:
1.Please follow this document https://docs.couponcarrier.io/article/68-mailchimp---how-to-fix-codes-rejected-with-your-merge-fields-were-invalid to disable the required fields https://tppr.me/v4jez
2.Or please change the name for the fields in our app side with the same name in your Mailchimp's fields.

I always use this app to create pages. The designs are beautiful and suitably professional. Also, the supporters help quickly and kindky.
Went through many page builders and LayoutHub had some of the best looking templates witht he functionality I needed - a sidebar filter!
Any issues I had were quick ressolved with the live chat with Saul who is a legend!
Takes some time to familiarise with the elements. However, the support team is very responsive and response well within working hours for solving issues. If your needs are simple, this page builder is appropriate
Lovely and quick service. Easily editable pages. Love it. I had a very nice person help me out when I had an issue with drop-down menus. Everything was fixed almost instantly
