The app is quite user friendly. I was looking into another app but I chose to pay for this one because the layouts are more pretty & professional. I got my first sale right after I changed to a new layout(not kidding). Customer support is excellent, they took their time to help me and they are very proactive as well. Highly recommend this app if you wanna build a more professional layout for your website

There is still room for adoption as we can't add elements at this stage. But, wonderful Customer service. Thanks for your help Caroline.

Caroline was so sweet. She is one of the agents on the chat bot. I needed something edited that someone would have to code in, so i just went in the chat bot and asked them to do it, and within 5 minutes, the changes i needed were done. they answer super quick and are very efficient. Also, the layouts are really nice and customizable. I highly recommend this app.

I struggled myself for a little while trying to figure something out with an integration issue that I had. Google, YouTube, and then I realised they have live chat so I just shot a message over and Emma was really helpful and answered all of my questions in minutes! Really, really good customer service! :D

Great app : large choice of functionalities and customization. Adapted to all kind of product and shop. Easy to use and amazing support.
