So far my experience with this app is very good. it has only been 5 days but is working as well. The Chat now with the agent was very helpful and everything is easy to use.

The support at LD is great. They helped to make sure that my affiliate links were working and even did a test order for me to confirm.

If you're at that stage, then you are likely running various CPC campaigns and LeadDyno helps to track the efficiency of those campaigns. Their system seamlessly syncs to Shopify as well as other apps like Mail Chimp. They use Live Chat so you can always get immediate assistance. LeadDyno is a great partner for a small company looking to get the analytics that usually only large companies can afford. Start with an Affiliate Program and get superior web traffic analytics!

We performed a fair bit of research to determine what the most cost effective and feature rich affiliate management software was that easily integrated with Shopify, and LeadDyno came out ahead by a large margin.

In addition to the well designed and easy to use interface throughout all of the screens, the real power behind LeadDyno is that it not only allows for all the standard affiliate management functions like managing affiliates, payment management, commission, customizable affiliate sign-up page, it also allows for full lead pipeline tracking meaning that your affiliates can be rewarded for not only sales, but visits, leads and eventual purchases.

Additionally we chose LeadDyno because it seems to come from a pedigree of people that really know their way around the online retail environment as well as what makes affiliate programs such a powerful marketing tool. Comparing it to other available Shopify affiliate apps, LeadDyno also stood out because of the additional bells and whistles such as campaign tracking, lead capture forms and affiliate sign-up forms you can embed anywhere.

I worked with Leaddyno from 2015 through early 2023 and honestly, it has been a nightmare the entire time. It's difficult to articulate all of the reasons why, but I'll give a brief overview. Leaddyno will charge you according to how much traffic comes to your site, regardless of how much is driven by affiliates (unfair). It is impossible to tell how many sales came through affiliates, vs overall sales. There is no connection to affiliate marketplaces where potential affiliates can find you. And now, despite having cancelled my subscription in March, I found out that the app has been erroneously billing me $49 per month for an "uninstalled" version. I almost never have this level of disdain for a company, but Leaddyno has truly let me down at every turn. Mind boggling that they are still in business.

I came across LeadDyno a couple of months ago when i was unhappy with my existing referral partner software. After an easy integration i found the software really easy to use and their custom affiliate dashboard looked great too. As i built out my dashboard with banners and emails we encountered a few bugs but these guys were right onto it and provided a 5 star customer service for me (and was on the other side of the world from them, so they had to do out of hours calls and skype).
When i started digging in to the software even more i found a whole other area where it tracked leads and customers, where they were referring from and it now highlights areas on the web where my business is being talked about and i am able to participate or flag for later marketing opportunities.
The payment system is super easy to use too.my referral partners are stoked.

So far, I'm favorably impressed. Deidra Spark, a customer service rep was very helpful. Free help is available. I'm going to set up a phone call to make sure that I've properly configured my compensation plan.
