LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

We made the monthly donation for a year to see if the platform was capable of adding more sales. The platform doesn't do anything for you that you can't do by just creating discount codes on your website for your ambassadors and tracking sales that way. The analytics are okay, not the best... but all in all, it just wasn't the right platform for our market.,

So far so good! Deidra was FANTASTIC when it comes to customer service. Excited to see how the software works generating sales!

The Leaddyno Affiliate software is really great to track sales done by your sales network and be able to pay them.The software is straight forward to use and the Leaddyno customer care stuff are always on chat to help solve any issues.

They have also created great video tutorial on Vemio to help understand the Software, making using it less complicated and a child`s play .The Affiliate banner links are doing great for me on several blogs of my sales channel, thanks to this product after trying a few out there, even omnistar affiliate software does not come close.

Thanks guys for this product, even the pricing is worth it.

Very poor customer support. Days to receive a response from the team. We are moving on to another platform which is far less expensive and works much better (there are quite a few in the app store). LeadDyno charges on website views not active affiliates.

EDIT: I have emailed adam@leaddyno.com about pricing issues and never got a reply. I raised a ticket with customer support (tickets 43150, 43067). I removed my comment about taking commission from each sale. Still waiting on customer service replies.

Great customer service. They do not take days to answer you. This app works for my current business needs.

What I hear is that I need to contact LeadDyno, I cannot even talk to support! I cannot contact anybody! Even when they're open, I cannot talk to anybody! So what's the point?

I have no complaints about my experience with leadDyno, an think its a really awesome way to help me gain customers.

Don't use this app! LeadDyno charges by WEBSITE visitors - so if you're working with affiliates in addition to running ads, you'll get charged for ALL the website visits regardless if it came from an affiliate. My plan unexpectedly jumped from $49 to $129 due to lots of traffic to my site that was from Facebook ads NOT necessarily from affiliate traffic. There's so many other affiliate apps out there that charge more fairly.

Deidra Start support agent blew my mind! She was fast and super informative. I'm surprised with how leaddyno interface is compared to the other networks. Will give it a go and see!
