LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

Great customer service from Jennifer Goodman the support agent. I suck and tech and she was able to walk me through the set up. So far the app has been great. Praise

I've been doing some research about affiliate marketing. I have some community influencers that I have been talking with and found that there is a huge potential for additional revenue streams. I had been looking at a variety of apps for the last 2 weeks. I finally decided to go with LeadDyno. Talk about a ast integration and great customer service. Jennifer G. answered my question and was able to quickly help me and my affiliate.

Customer service specialist Deidra Stark is amazing! She was super helpful and very nice. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and very detailed.

Update:
As I use Leaddyno, I tend to have repetitive questions when I need to change something in the system. The agents assigned to the chat window, Jennifer in this case, has been very helpful. There is a lot to learn with an affiliate program, and you want to set it and forget it, but when needed, its great to have them available.

I have tried a number of affiliate programs. All were very good in one way or another. Some had all the features, but I couldn't understand how to navigate the system. Others I could navigate easily, but they didnt have all of the features.
I just started testing leaddyno, the setup is super easy. Watching a few videos, and using the help desk, just now worked out well. Adam just talked me through some feature questions about people on a percentage based commission, but with fixed prices on certain products, because the margins aren't large enough to give the same amount as the % based commission. He pointed me in the right direction and it seems like an easy set up.

As a technically inept user I needed telephone support in order to walk me through some early stage difficulty I was having. The leaddyno support manager contacted me more or less as scheduled and was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I hope I don't need more assistance of this sort, but if I do I am confident that they will answer my questions competently.
