This app total life saver for small businesses. I run everthing on my own and it's honestly been a struggle trying to keep up with all the messages and question coming in. Lenochat as made it so much easier to handle the quick stuff and keep things moving. If you're a solo owner, I definitely recommend giving it a shot. Plus, their support team is super nice and actuly helpful.
I wanted one chat app for live chat plus WhatsApp and Instagram, since that’s where most of our customers message us. The AI replies are a big help and can even respond automatically on social channels. I’m honestly amazed that all of this is free.
