Hervorragender Support – ein großes Dankeschön an Simon!
Ich bin wirklich beeindruckt vom Lexoffice-Support! Ein besonderes Lob geht an Simon, der sich mit viel Geduld und Engagement meinem Steuerproblem auf den Rechnungen angenommen hat.
Dank seiner Hilfe konnte die Ursache schnell gefunden und das Problem behoben werden. Man merkt, dass ihm wirklich etwas daran liegt, dem Kunden weiterzuhelfen – freundlich, kompetent und lösungsorientiert.
So fühlt sich guter Support an! Vielen Dank nochmal
Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit der Lexware-App für Shopify! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den exzellenten Support durch Johannes von Eshop Guide. Die schnelle Rückmeldung, die top fachliche Beratung und seine lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise haben mich absolut überzeugt. Dank seines vorausschauenden Denkens konnte ich potenzielle Probleme in der Buchhaltung frühzeitig erkennen und vermeiden – ein entscheidender Mehrwert, der mir selbst vermutlich erst viel später aufgefallen wäre.
Dafür gibt es von mir die volle Sternebewertung mit Extra-Plus! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+
Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team von Eshop Guide – weiter so!
Wir nutzen die Schnittstelle seit ca. einem Jahr und sind begeistert, da wir damit nichts zu tun haben ;) Alles läuft reibungslos und automatisiert im Hintergrund.
Ein Problem gab es neulich, das lag aber an Shopify, wie sich gestellt hat, dennoch war der Support erreichbar und äußerst hilftbereit.
Hervorheben möchte ich Michelle, die sich sehr viel Mühe bei der Fehlersuche gegeben hat und Ihr Video als Antwort zu unserer Frage war super hilfreich und leicht zu verstehen.
Ich habe noch nie einen so guten Support erleben dürfen.
Leider hat sich das Preismodell verändert, sodass die Kosten teils höher sind, noch sind wir davon nicht betroffen, aber wenn, verdoppeln sich die Kosten.
Von mir eine klare Empfehlung und wir bleiben weiterhin gerne Kunde :)
Die App ist wirklich hilfreich! Automatisierte Buchhaltung und Zeitersparnis. Bei der Einrichtung wurde mir auch sehr geholfen und Michelle vom Support war wirklich immer für mich da, hat sich Mühe gegeben, meine Anliegen direkt zu lösen und einen guten Import meiner Transaktionen zu gewährleisten. Danke! Das war super!
Toller Support! Noch besser fände ich es, wenn man mehrere Unternehmen mit einem Abo verwalten könnte. Aber ansonsten gute App.
