Lifetimely was an instant favorite for our company in providing extremely useful data about our customers. I would say it is a must have for any growing business.

We learned a TON about our customers from using this app. It really helped us clarify the most important next steps for growing the business. The app is very easy to use and the folks we interacted with at the company were so helpful. Absolutely brilliant analytics tool!!

Love these features in particular:
1. Cohort analysis - live cohort analysis!, which can otherwise take hours and hours to put together
2. Daily P&L (and by product too) - super useful tool and is helpful for quick decision making
3. Customer Behavior Data - Helps to understand what products generate more repeat and how often customers are ordering. Gives great insight into customer purchase patterns.

Highly recommend to any and all D2C brands.

Lifetimely is essential for making data-driven decisions for your Shopify store. During my training with Karri, I was able to discover some key insights to help black Friday bigger than last year! Highly recommended!

We added this app to scale our business to the next level and understand more in depth on moving ahead with our growth plans for the year. Although we had to wait a month for a call with the founder Karri, it was definitely worth it. We really understood the importance of Cohort analysis, CAC, lifetime value and more so as to spend marketing money where it really matters.

Excellent app all around! We use it to analyze our ad campaigns. Without a good LTV analysis filtered by specific campaigns, you don't really know what your long term performance is. With this app you can pull a cohort report, filtered by customers whose first order contained a specific SKU (or you can use other ways to filter those customer cohorts). Can't imagine not using this app, it would be like being blind!

We can only recommend this app if you are an e-commerce business trying to step up your game. Karri (founder) jumps on a call with you and answers all questions. They are very responsive too additional features that you are interested in as well which is a game-changer in the long run. Much more useful than doing the CLV calculations by hand.

The only app I have found, there's been many, that provides the KPI's you need in one place. The added bonus is a one-on-one with Kerri to help you get the most from it. I highly recommend it.
