Lightspeed Retail POS X‑Series

been using Vend for a few years and generally been very happy with it, we have it synced with shopify and all has been good. Suddenly last saturday sales from shopify stopped being synced with vend. Spent countless hours with vend online support trying to get this sorted but it just seems to be going round in circles. Vend support needs to step up.

Vend is the *MUST HAVE* point of sale app for Shopify store owners. Vend has been a complete game changer for the way our shop operates. It allows us to seamlessly manage our in-store, on the road, and online inventories, sales statistics, and customer information. Setup is simple, and the software is intuitively designed. The absolute best part of Vend, hands down, is their service and support! Vend has a terrific team that understands their product, and has quickly supported all of our requests and issues. In short, Vend is a wonderful combination of Shopify integration, inventory management, and portability.

It's amazing to tie inventory into a physical store so simply. You can set every last bit of your products up using a csv file that is easily navigable and publish them right to shopify. I add my pictures in shopify and am good to go! The usability and the customer relationship management is super simple as well. All in all, I can't recommend it enough. Their customer support is great and the product just keeps getting better and better. Lastly it is an inexpensive alternative to a lot of other POS systems and since all your information is stored on the cloud you won't ever lose anything.

Vend so far has been great, it has a lot of great features and works both online or off which is a huge thing for my company. Support has been top notch.

Not only are you getting an awesome Point of sale system, you are getting one that easily and painlessly integrates with your Shopify store.
Integrating your POS with your chosen E-commerce solution can be expensive and clunky but not if you do it with Vend and Shopify.
On going support for Vend is incredible. The team are fast to respond and always on point.
If you have a Shopify store and a brick and mortar store, Vend is a no brainer.

At last!!! and intuitive app that allows you to centrally control your stock but sell in two worlds; the physical store and online store. The app is simply awesome, it is super intuitive, and the syncing works well. Vend has probably saved my life..from "stockcontrolhell". best

Awesome app. Best thing about Shopify

I was using Vend before i started using Shopify and it's a match made in heaven basically. So much time saving going on i almost have enough time to have a cup of tea and a sit down at night! Everything works seamlessly and i can't think of much to fault it. As a POS it works very well, super responsive and easy to learn.

Best POS out there. Have spent many years working on outdated software, Vend really was a breath of fresh air. Vend links to your online store via shopify flawlessly and also syncs with Xero so you only have to enter your invoices once. All in all a very well thought out piece of software that is still evolving vis regular updates, can't wait to see how vend performs in the future .
