I've tested A LOT of recommendations apps and this is by far the best one on Shopify. There is so much customization that can be achieved and the customer support is out of this world. Within the trial period, I have already made enough sales through the app that cover a month's cost. Also, anytime I've ever had an issue, Michelle has provided me with great support and fixed it right away.

The app is both simple to use but incredibly robust in the features available. We've been especially impressed with the support offered. They respond quickly and not only resolve issues and answer questions effectively, but have even pointed us towards improvements on our site beyond the app. Highly recommend!

Solid app, much more dynamic than other product rec apps

When your store has a lot of products, it's vital that you are able to show relevant products to your visitors. We set up this app to test it and within just 2 weeks it proved to be a winner! The numbers don't lie. It has increased sales well beyond what we had hoped it would. Support for this app is excellent and it was easy to train our not-so-technically-oriented staff how to set up manual recommendations. 5 Stars!

Update: Almost a year later and the support for this app is second to none. They jump right on any issues we have and get things working again fast.

I installed this app on Friday after looking at others. We have a personalization app installed that other apps conflict with. This app has the same conflict, but it only requires a checkbox click for the apps to get along! No coding! Then...today is Sunday and I integrated a review app. Erick was so quick to respond and get a small dup code fixed quickly. I'm super impressed & appreciative.
