The app is great! Occasionally has some small bugs but the Support Team @ LimeSpot respond SO FAST & will fix your problem SO FAST. Amazingly smart, friendly, and patient support team.

I actually can't fault this app. There is nothing else like it in the shopify store - all of the others need you to manually select the related products. We have used this app for months now, then we built a new custom theme and I had to uninstall it it as it didn't work anymore. I received an email from the team at limespot offering to provide a free customisation - so I reinstalled and within 24 hours they customised it better than I expected as it fit completely within my store theme. I have just made one more request for the "show more" button to be at the top of the limespot recommendations instead of at the bottom of the page so hopefully they can fix that.
