I have used the App for a while now and was so surprised to see the amount they were charging based on my stores revenue. I have written to support a few times now, and all I get is a link to change my plan since my store was apparently on the old structure? I have tried doing this and it still doesn't work. No help from Support with this matter and I am very disappointed since I have been using the app for many years. I have removed it as I don't want to pay for something that isn't working for me at this moment.

Excellent app with great, very responsive support. I had an issue involving needing some help with setting up the way our Upsell box presented its variable product information. The issue was resolved within 24 hours (via the help of Michelle on their support team), and it was exactly the way I wanted it. Very helpful. Thank you!
I love LimeSpot! I've been using this app for nearly three years now and it never ceases to perform. LimeSpot boosts my conversions on a daily basis, and customer support is the best! After i installed Limespot to Shirtoopia the images were a bit blurry, so i reached out customer support and Stephanie fixed that issue in a second! Such a breeze!
This app is a must have for every shop. It keeps customers browsing on your shop until they will make a purchase.
App installs with just few clicks and it looks so beautiful in my shop! I installed the app yesterday and today i have one sale already trough Limespot!
Also you can see which products are trending on your store and the analytics are just crazy good in depth.

The interface is visually simple but powerful once you're using it.
Great app to promote similar products to upsell and cross-promote. Easy to use and doesn't break my theme. Cust support rep Michelle helped me with a few issue and she took care of my issues quickly. Recommended!

Great tech support, and super prompt! The app does exactly what its supposed to. Best part is that their charging basis, its very good for starters. Loads very fast as well, retaining the speed of loading time. Giving them full 5 stars as they seem to recommend pretty accurately when it comes to similar items (which it didn't earlier , and they took my feedback and it's visibly changed!). Possibly the best app for any store to get.
So far so good.... Great customer service. Still learning how to do little tweaks to make it perfect but they've been very helpful in leading me through ways to do this. Seems like a very user friendly system and a great price compared to others that cost way more!
Good solid app which has certainly increased our revenues - recommend!
