I was tired of reading through reviews of people who’ve just installed an app, promising to come back & let everyone know if they saw results. They never seem to come back and update, so I waited a bit on this one.

Here’s my experience:

(1) Personalizer was effortless to install.

(2) Extremely efficient straight out of the box. Truly. The app does a fantastic job with recommendations even if you never touch the settings.

(3) Recommendations work even better with some customization...although there is a slight learning curve to making custom adjustments. Worth taking the time to figure it out if you have specific product sets.

(4) It works...and I’m not just trusting the in-app analytics. I’ve been selling (basically) the same product lines for 9+ years. I’ve learned what my typical orders look like. I can definitely see a difference in the variety of products purchased in each order.

(5) Customer service is great, they respond in a reasonable time frame and are very eager to help in any way they can.

Most of us have shopped on Amazon...how many times have you been reading a product description and been sucked in by the row of “similar “ products? I know I have. This app works in a similar way.

Personalizer does a great job, this one’s a keeper!

Great App. Unique solution and very easy to install. I particularly liked the plug-n-play integration into my existing store design, full-page personalization and excellent related product recommendations. I was able to offer my online shoppers a personalized shopping experience within minutes. I highly recommend it.

Nice looking features on this app. Add a lot the site appearance, works very quickly.
Ask Michelle for support, and she answered faster than I do, was helpful.

This app is fantastic. Not only does it do exactly what I need it to, but the support staff is great. Months after installing the app I changed themes and the support staff reinstalled the app, and helped remove a piece of the new theme that I didn't need because their app did a better job doing.

Update 6-27-18 The support continues to amaze. Needed an install on a new theme and they set it up perfect.

I've just setup the app, so waiting to see how it performed. Setup was super easy and the support team was great. They made all the changes I requested really quickly and the app looks great in my shop.

I was a little worried about pricing when we first started using Limespot a few years ago, but I thought I would give it a try and cancel if it didn't help. Instantly our sales increased dramatically! Limespot did an A/B testing on our site to figure out what worked the best and we are still killing it! I have had a few questions along the way using the chat link and Limespot has gotten back to me within minutes every time, even late at night when they are off work.
