Very Disappointing and expect to lose products as well as money with no support available. Creators reach out which was good but from the 9 products sent out i only got 3 reels in 3 months. Most take the product free sample and not reply as well as many creators using fake engagement statistics.
A good fix will be able to report those who steal samples with nothing in return and rate creators on their work. Plus, the monthly subscription fee isn't really justified with the potential return you gain. The platform runs well and has very good potential but has terrible execution for businesses. Just a pithole to lose money and products. You will get much more return just paying for ads.
Our experience with Linkable has been extremely disappointing. Despite the time, money and resources we invested, the app generated zero revenue for our business.
We were promised a lot in terms of results and support. We spent significant working hours setting everything up and also lost money sending free product samples, but ultimately received no return whatsoever.
We were repeatedly offered extensions to the trial. We specifically told them that we did not want the trial extended again, yet we were charged for the expensive subscription when the trial ended. We contacted them around a day after the charge to request a refund, but despite trying to resolve the issue, we are now struggling to get a response.
For an app at this price point, we expected much better results, communication and customer support.
Based on our experience, I would highly recommend avoiding this app. We ended up losing money on the subscription and free samples, as well as a considerable amount of our team's working hours, while generating £0 in revenue.

Having reviewed the account carefully, we do think it’s important to provide some context.
Throughout the trial, your campaign remained active, creators were accepted and products were sent, with creators successfully delivering content and promotion as part of those collaborations. The platform also continued to be actively used through the final days of the trial.
While we completely understand that generating sales was an important objective for your campaign, creator marketing does not guarantee immediate revenue from every collaboration. Linkable facilitates creator discovery, content, promotion and affiliate tracking, but we cannot guarantee a specific level of sales or return.
Regarding the subscription, to clarify, the account was charged for one month following four months of free access, during which the platform was actively used.
The subscription automatically converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before the renewal date, which is communicated during signup and through automated reminders ahead of renewal.
We take feedback around communication and expectations seriously and will continue working to make both as clear as possible for every brand using Linkable.
