When attempting to export products using this app, eBay categories are hard to search, and always listed in reverse. Some simply do not show up.

Products that I do not have in stock were exporting to eBay saying there were quantities available. Eg I had 0 of one, and -4 of another, and after export eBay showed I had 2 available of each.

Product capitalisation / names were incorrectly altered when exported. Products such as "Product E V1" would become "product e v1".

Errors when products fail to export are not shown. I would have to refresh the page with the Chrome inspector open to find the error in the HTTP requests.

Random products fail to export due to incorrect size data being sent to eBay. Some products I could set 5x5x3cm 5g and they export fine, others would fail saying the size was invalid.

Developer re-exported products overnight which I had removed from eBay resulting in invalid listings, without asking me first.

This app only cost me time and money, and did not provide any benefit. Manually adding listings to eBay would be easier and resulted in more correct listings.

Don't risk your eBay reputation by using this.

if it was possible to leave a zero star review i would. im not one to complain ESPECIALLY on a public platform. HOWEVER it should be noted if you use this app you will be forced to create "new shipping policies". by doing so this app completely OBLITERATED my ebay store. all the rates i had set in place for big and small items have since vanished with no way to correct the issue (also thanks to changing the policy i now also can not select other shipping methods on both the ebay app & website. DO NOT USE THIS APP UNLESS YOU WANTTO COST YOUR SELF TONS OF TIME AND MONEY.

It is possible to create multiple shipping policies at the same time on eBay. It would not have been necessary to delete your original shipping policy. We will be happy to help you restore the data.
