I`ve reached out to them many times and always got excellent support and explanation and help to all my questions and problems. i really appreciate there is a free plan. it allows me to get to know them instead of having to pay and waste time. it`s a long learning curve and feeds can be really complicated but honestly they`ve been a great help so far for me! always available and quick. This is a great little App. It was easy to learn how to use it, and it has lots of great features. We had one small issue and we contacted Evelyn in customer care. Her response was quick and knowledgeable. The problem wasn't even a problem with the app, as it turned out to be just a delay in syncing the data from Shopify.
