Great customer service! I was having issues with upgrading my account and Harvey saved the day. I have used LitCommerce for a couple of years and they are always helpful.

After some hick-ups while syncing from Ebay and Etsy the customer support was quick and very helpful. And now it´s up and running and it´s very comfortable to get all the sales in one backend.
A recommendation if you run on multiple platforms
I used this app to help me link my Shopify account to my Amazon seller account. I had an issue with connecting my Shopify account and Mr. Nick Nguyen, Shopping Cart Migration Expert, was extremely helpful. I spoke to him on using the online chat option. He was replying very fast and did an amazing job with fixing my issue right away! Great service. I definitely recommend using Litcommerce.

My help has always been all that I could have wish for. Rosalie was great to work with. I have always found Harvey and all of the gang at the help desk very courteous and informative. Being somewhat computer illiterate and not very well acquainted with the rules of Amazon, they have been a great help.
Great app, but most importantly, great communication and service. I raised a few problems I occurred and they were fixed in less than 24h. Big bravo to the team and especially to Jessica which gave us huge help!
I love this App! I had been looking for a way to integrate my Shopify store with Etsy, and this is the only app I found that works. I love that you fulfil all orders within Shopify and you don't need to worry about changing prices or inventory across multiple platforms, it is all automatic. it's great that customers get notification emails as well from my Shopify store to help drive traffic to your website. The customer service is fabulous on the chat. always so helpful.
App is very good and intergrates well with all platforms. I would advice watching all the tutorials first as it really does make things easier but I have to say I found the support to be excellent and bery helpful.
