Where do i start. The absolute best customer support i have ever encountered. These guys are there to support you nearly 24\7 with knowledgeable and friendly, helpful staff. I use this app to link my selling platforms together and it works so well. By far the best app on shopify. Very Highly Recommended

We tried several different sync systems to connect shopify with etsy (and others soon!).
Litcommerce worked the best, mainly because the customer service is stellar. The team there have been so helpful in explaining how things work, pointing out issues and generally being around to make things work smoothly.

Hannah did a great job! I'm just digging into setting things up but she answered my questions right away!
Had an issue that I needed to contact support over, and Jessica managed to solve our issue within minutes. Since eBay stopped their own support, we've struggled to find a decent replacement, but Litcommerce has made selling on eBay much easier than other apps.
Honestly what can I say. The team at LitCommerce have been great. This app is by far the best I have found and used. It has helped me double my business. The customer service team are very responsive and help with even the smallest of enquiry. I highly recommend this app. It's worth the money!
So, I had a couple of onboarding issues, however the online support has been fabulous. All good to go now, I will continue to monitor performance now we are up and running.

I'm using the app now for a longer time and I'm happy with my decission to move to LitCommerce solution as I was not happy with another app. Customer Service is awesome and reacting time very quick. I can definitely recomment this App!!!

Are you frustrated with multi-channel sales? We have tried every product - and they all failed with issues.
