This app works great. We've been using it for our business for over a year now and it is very easy to use and saves time when creating multiple listings, compared to other apps we've used. We've run into very few problems using the app over this time and when we do, the support team has always been quick in resolving the issue.
I have been using LiCommerce to connect my UK Amazon shop to my Shopify store to control live inventory and it works brilliantly. I recently needed to add more Amazon stores for other countries and the support team showed me how to do this and answered any questions i had ina very clear manner with screenshots showing me exactly where to go. In summary this is a great App with great support
Great platform. We have been using LitCommerce for our online store and eBay store. Customer service has been great as well! They continue to work with you until the problem gets resolved.
After using LitCommerce for a few months I can report that it is a very helpful and affordable inventory/price sync tool, which also helps show orders awaiting shipment, and can even sync tracking for some platforms (though, not Amazon due to Amazon limitations).
The tool has an orderly interface and is fairly easy to understand and setup even without reading documentation. Even more, their technical support team is great. They are very helpful, responsive (though you may need to wait a short time for the opening hours, which do not match up perfectly with USA Eastern, so occasionally you will get follow up email overnight). I have had a few problems where they took ownership for resolving a technical issue and they actually followed up with me on how the issue was resolved. How often does that happen these days? I would especially like to thank Rosalie, Mona, Racheal, Harvey, and the rest of the LitCommerce technical support staff members. All are very friendly, they speak English exceptionally well, and have helped greatly.
LitCommerce support is EXCELLENT! They seem to be available most of the day, even on weekend! Great product and support team.
I've been using LitCommerce for the past 2.5 years to integrate my Reverb store with my Shopify store. The setup/integration was pretty simple, and the process works very well.
I do all of my product editing in Shopify, then I export that info to my Reverb store through LitCommerce. Reverb orders then get seamlessly synced to Shopify also through LitCommerce.
I've had a few minor problems over this time, but the folks at LitCommerce have always fixed things very quickly. Same day or next day solutions have been my experience.
Overall, I'm very happy with the service and the support.
Excellent - works exactly as needed, linking multiple sites. A pain to do manually, so this takes out the hassle!

I had an excellent experience with the support team! They were incredibly helpful, providing a step-by-step guide for everything I needed. They also answered promptly every time.
Operation is relatively simple, customer service Harvey very patient to answer questions, if you can do multi-channel sales two-way synchronization would be better!
Has been great so far. Makes integration between multiple channels a lot easier to manage. Best of all, the customer support has been top notch. The agents in the live chat seem to be real people who answer promptly with great knowledge of the platform.
