I have some requests to custom some features to match my business and I must say the guys at litcommerce truly go above and beyond the normal call of duty. They actually care about their clients' experiences with them. With a fantastic price, I can use this program to manage my inventory and effortlessly publish listings across various selling platforms (Etsy, eBay). I offer unique products, thus this is extremely vital.
The application and interface are simple to use and extremely clean. It has some flaws, but a very responsive development and customer service team takes care of them right away. For me, this is not a big deal when they can resolve it in manner time.
I look forward to working with LitCommerce in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking for a way to link multiple sales channels.

After searching other similar tools, I'm going to settle on LitCommerce. My store has 10,000 listings and I need a tool that "just works." As important as functionality is the support. During my trial period, I had instant full access to live chat. No leaving a message and waiting 12+ hours for a response. VERY impressive. During onboarding, all my questions and mistakes were answered and clarified. Looking forward to putting LitCommerce through it's paces.

We`re using LitCommerce solely for TikTok at the moment, but with plans to go to other marketplaces. We tried other apps before, but there was always something wrong - they don`t have the market we need, or they don`t have the feature we need, or the customer service is not quite helpful. LitCommerce, on the other hand, was a next level experience, especially their customer service team. Honestly, no matter how big or small our issues were (mostly me skipping the tutorials), they were always there for us and sorted everything in a matter of hours (more often - minutes). When eBay discontinued their Shopify app in December 2022, those of us who used it were all charged with finding a new integration platform. After trying another popular app that left me sorely disappointed, I decided to try LitCommerce, and I am very pleased with my decision.
I am giving LitCommerce 5 stars because, while there *are* occasional issues (and the occasionally frustrating time difference between the US and Australia), they are *immediately* responsive when available (..time difference). They provide good and thorough help and even request - and implement! - suggestions that better the user experience, which is the real kicker for me. I really value the idea/feeling that they are a "partner", much more than with other apps I've used via Shopify.
Of note: I do not use LitCommerce with any other external sales platform, but if you're looking specifically for an eBay integration app, choose this one! You won't be sorry.

A great syncing app for eBay & OnBuy, for me. I had a few issues with OnBuy. But Harvey has been great with the tech team to investigate all the issues. And getting them fixed. Highly recommended.

This app has been a game changer!!! I am know able to sync all my sales channels and I have increased the marketplaces I sell on. I am doing double the listing for half the time. I upload my listing to my main store then with a click of a button I can add that product to 5 other channels. The customer support has been extremely helpful with any issues I come across and will spend as much time as needed getting the issue fixed and they are super easy to get a hold of when needed.
If you need an app to list to multiple platforms then you need LitCommerce!!!!
