This app is amazing. It's super easy to use and has a great guide with specific and easy to follow instructions. Maybe the guide needs to be a little bit clearer since I misunderstood one of the steps. Audrey caught on and cleared the matter for me in just a few minutes in a very efficient, straight to to the point without leaving anything out way. She didn't deviate, she dove right in.

I have tried NUMEROUS cross-listing apps, but none of them were quite right until I found LitCommerce. This has been an absolute game-changer for me crosslisting from Shopify to eBay and Etsy. It saves so much time and the fact it automatically deals with inventory across all the platforms makes it so much easier. Harvey has been an absolute gem with my queries. I've tried several apps in this space with varying degrees of luck and LitCommerce is by far the best yet.

It took me some time to get my templates in order but once done, the integration between my Shopify and eBay stores is perfect. The price is right and for the couple of times I've had to use their support, they've been extremely helpful and quick to resolve my issues.

I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking to sync listings & inventory across several channels.

Extremely intuitive and great customer support

I was looking fintegration of ebay, Amazon and Etsy - and if not the simple and pretty intuitive software would have convinced me; Ruby provided outstanding support when I had a few questions. She even proactively told me what I could do better and how to make the most use out of their features. For any seller who is looking for a simple but very powerful way to sell on marketplaces: Give LitCommerce a try!

Great app. Game changer

Having used many marketplace apps they all have their quirks. The main quirk with LitCommerce is knowing to have your Channel Settings (specific menu on each marketplace page) exactly right before you move Shopify products to your respective marketplace draft page. If you get that right, it's mostly smooth sailing. The reason I give this app 5 stars is because the software is polished, mostly intuitive, has the right functionality for almost any store and the support is first class. The other great thing about their support is how much they accommodate US time zones. I hope to be a long term customer.
