Mona was very great to work with, and went above and beyond to fix any issues we've had, particularly when managing a large auction of some of our inventory. Even though it was after their working hours, he made sure to fix the issue as soon as possible to have a seamless result.

Great tool for e-commerce platforms - we are specialised in musical instrument business, and without this app we wouldn't be able to maintain price/inventory/ listings. Saves a lot of time and the help from the support team is very good too. Recommended!

They were pretty good for a while. Now you have random outages where orders do not sync. Like we all know if you don't despatch on time on etsy or ebay you are penalised. So you hope with these types of apps that they inform you there is an issue with syncing. If they don't they could pretty much ruin your business over night.

LitCommerce is one of the few apps that just works. UI can be a little daunting, but theres always help and support on hand to be able to aid you whenever you have any issues. Would struggle to run some parts of my business without it

Extremely pleased; it may be a bit confusing to set up at first (anything this complex and important will be), but once it is it'll make your like 100x easier. Seriously. Do note that there are constant changes/limitations imposed from sales channels (for us it's Etsy and their shifting API policies), but LitCommerce is always aggressive about finding ways to fix, circumvent, or work with those limitations (including communicating said changes). Point is stay vigilant!

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit LitCommerce. Das Mapping zu eBay lässt sich schnell und einfach aufsetzen. Mit Templates und Recipes lässt sich das Einstellen der Artikel stark beschleunigen. Die Synchronisation funktioniert zuverlässig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schnelle und freundliche Customer Support, der wirklich in Probleme einsteigt und Lösungen anbietet.
