LitCommerce Amazon eBay Etsy +

Excellent app with the widest range of integrations I have seen. Customer support is excellent and this is sometimes missing on some of the other integrations. They also seem to regularly add new integrations, which gives me ideas as to new potential outlets. Excellent overall.

When Shopify did away with their internal eBay sync, I was at a bit of a loss for what to do. I had just barely converted from a Wordpress-based store to Shopify, and was just starting to get used to how things worked. The change left me scrambling for a replacement in an environment I wasn't overly familiar with. After going back and forth and trying a couple of different solutions I ultimately landed on LitCommerce. In hindsight, it was the best thing that ever happened to my business! It is an amazingly powerful resource that has been able to accomplish everything I've needed it to and then some. And the best part about the whole experience, hands down, has been interacting with the staff. They have been professional, amazingly friendly, and responsive at times when I thought there would be no one to help me, including at times on weekends.

If I were to go back in time and needed to choose which resource I would use to help me manage my 3rd party listings, I'd choose the same way every time!

I use this app to manage listings and sales across Etsy Ebay and Shopify. The app if fairly straightforward to use and the technical team are top notch the few teething problems, I had at the start of the journey were quickly and efficiently rectified. The sync of products saves me lots of time and effort and will increase my revenue in the future. well worth the 10k listings package. Adding channels and managing their sync is easy and straight forwards, you can even request extra features although I haven't used this yet. Overall good value for money and easy to use.

9th April 2024: Update to earlier review. We have been using Litcommerce for more than 6 motnhs now and they continue to impress with their customer support. Mostly, during that period, we have not needed any support but on the rare occasion it is required, LitCommerce always responds promptly and efficiently and clearly explains how to sort the issue so that I can do it myself. Nothing is too much trouble. As for teh software, it works great, stock control is accurate in a timely manner and as I said previously, listing on ebay is made very easy. I still highly recommend this app.

I have been using this app for about 1 month and I have to say I am very impressed. It works seamlessly between Shopify and Ebay and makes listing on Ebay very quick. There are a couple of features missing, for instance you can't set up multi-buy discounts on ebay through the app, but that's a small thing and I just edit my listing on ebay afterwards - perhaps LitCommerce might look into adding this as a feature in the future.
Similar to other customers, I have found the technical support to be second to none. I had a few issues at the beginning with not having correct SKUs and I thought I was going to have to manually add in about 1000 SKUs but LitCommerce were able to help and saved me so much time and effort. Also, with any queries I have had, they have been extremely responsive and super helpful. They go above and beyond to help you. If you are consdering using LitCommerce, do it, its a great app and the technical service is fantastic.

Amazing App ! Its easy. It helped us sync our inventory on our Etsy channel smoothly. Customer service is amazing. Highly recommended app.

I am very satisfied with this app, easy to use and navigate. I have tried several other apps to post to eBay, Walmart, and Etsy, but none of them worked as effectively as this one. I'm thoroughly pleased with the features and performance of this app. Additionally, the customer service is excellent! I highly recommend this app!

Fantastic app. I own two stores - one of which I had a few teething problems with. Unfortunately I could not edit the review. However, the response from this company has been very good, they've been very helpful and have really helped me sort out my store. I wanted desperately to amend my original review but there's no edit button! I would rate the support for my issues very highly and recommend the app as the company have really tried hard to help me fix things and they have worked non-stop to get things fixed. If I can amend the other review I most certainly will as once they realised I was unhappy and struggling they could not have been more helpful. Good job!

Leider keine Integration zu Amazon, da muss man auf anderes App ausweichen (Schade)

It is quite an advanced app so you do need to spend time to learn it but once you know how to use it it's amazing!

The app has been a blessing for us managing our different channels. Support is amazing and I would love to spotlight how helpful Ember has been with my small issue, she helped me resolve it as well as help me find a few other things that were of concern!
