I'm new to Shopify and Litcommerce (but 18 years in ecommerce). Just setting up Shopify and moving from a new platform. Litcommerce looks like it'll be the marketplace connector I use, having trialled a few others.
Marketplaces are the centre of my business model so finding the right software is critical. Good customer support is of equal value.
I've found Litcommerce worked well out of the box, but a couple of things weren't right for me. I contacted support, who quickly responded and fixed/added the functionality I needed.
I'm still on the trial so this is a good sign. If they continue to provide the same level of support and assuming I don't hit any major problems, then I'll be signing up with them in the next few days and hopefully sticking with them indefinitely

After eBay's Shopify app was ended late 2022, I felt uncertain with what I was going to do for my business. Thankfully, LitCommerece has been excellent. They're miles better than eBay's own app and the support has been lovely. Very thorough and detailed help. I'd definitely recommend them, especially if you sell on multiple platforms. I hope to have a long lasting relationship with this growing team.
This App is an absolute GAME CHANGER. I've been listing to Ebay for years and have tried more than 14 apps over the years I'm sure. Probably everyone that is in the app store and this one is the BEST. They are VERY quick to respond to any issues and are there every step of the way. It is a breeze to use and saves me hours and hours I used to spend sending items to Ebay.

I needed to install this to deal with an emergency where my listings stopped syncing and it did the trick. I had one problem but received excellent customer assistance from Ember who solved my problems quickly and efficiently.

We started using LitCommerce about a week ago for integrations to Reverb (music gear listing site). The LitCommerce team is super responsive to questions and feedback on product features. I've been amazed at how quickly they respond...and they have quickly incorporated some new features. This is one of the best companies I have worked with!

My recommendation would be for this app. The dashboard has been very thoughtfully designed and functions very efficiently. The live customer service is extremely impressive, providing immediate assistance and valuable advice. We are very pleased to have found this app and will be using it across a number of platforms.
I was looking for a replacement to the Shopify eBay app since it was being discontinued and decided to go with LitCommerce due to the good reviews. The support has been great during the entire transition process as I experienced a few issues. (Linking items, unknown eBay category, items not updating to eBay, inventory)
My Shopify store has about 80 items with variations but the same items that were already on eBay did not so LitCommerce was unable to link them. Ultimately I had to delete the items from eBay and then re import them via LitCommerce to get them linked which may not be an option for stores with a large amount of items however this is not the fault of LitCommerce. They do offer an All-In-One listing package where they will do all the listing of items for you if you do have a large amount.
Regardless, they stayed online for several hours across 2 days and fixed the issues on their end to ensure everything worked. Yes there are obviously some bugs but it not an easy process to integrate multiple systems as there are so many different scenarios and combinations. The fact that they are willing to fix any issues you have as soon as they can means they are committed to providing a great product and it will only get better as more users come on board and more issues are discovered and fixed.
The interface is simple and easy to use, you can request new features, support is excellent, price is on par with other apps
Works excellently, a little trouble setting up but it was to be expected with this many stores/orders
