I have tried other multi-channel apps, but this one seems to be the best thought out. It is highly customizable. If you try it out, take some time learning about the templates and setting them up properly before trying to send listings to other channels. Also, set your channel settings before importing your products. I found chat help to be highly competent, including clear screen shots and coaching me through my learning curve. My session with Ember tonight was exceptional. If you get slow response times, note that they have live chat hours which are primarily in the evenings, if you are in the U.S. Great work Ember and LitCommerce!

I am new to this app. And been having a hard time linking my unlinked listings, and Ember has been helping me until it got sorted. At first, it did not work but when I asked her again, she really did her best to make things work and was able to link all the unlinked listings. Thank you.

The Reverb integration is unreliable. I have been using this for the last couple of weeks. Although it has a nice interface, it is, without a doubt, the buggiest app I have ever used. I have had to reach out to customer support staff on a nearly daily basis to fix something broken; Often multiple times a day While they are friendly and responsive, it is a huge hassle. I am convinced that I am the first person to use this app and no testing was done prior to launch.

This is the 8th app ive tried for eBay Australia integration, yep you read that right, the 8th, all the others had various issues and most had terrible support.

While this app is on the more expensive side. It WORKS. I wish I had just gone with this one straight up. The support team has been more than happy to answer any questions I have in a fast turner around and while I did have a couple of minor issues with the eBay set up support was fantastic and fixed any issues in less than 24 hours.

I am so happy that I have now transferred my Etsy sync over to this app as well.

So far I am thrilled with the one-on-one support from their customer service team, they are dedicated to help you move forward with your goal, Chloe, Lousia.. and others behind the scene have been very honest, helpful and patient people. The cons is the time difference, but it is also the advantage on the bright side bc you wake up with your problems solved. Still lots to do and I will update how this turns out.

Amazing support and an amazing product. My source of truth was from timely to shopify which feed through to lit commerce to my main store of big commerce. It worked a treat and what ever sales went through from bigcommerce feed through to timely and registered the clients new details. amazing! figured this out without the need of over priced web designers who were going to charge 15x the amount that to make it happen.

We are still testing Litcommerce right now but are really happy with how its working now we are getting our head around how it works. The support team are fantastic and go above and beyond to get problems sorted, especially Ember and Hannah who have gone above and beyond with the level of their support. We came looking for a replacement to the eBay app and think this is looking like the one after trialling many.
