The LitCommerce team has been extremely accommodating, professional and kind throughout our account setup process, even despite our numerous requests. Ember has provided excellent support; she continuously listens to our company’s needs and responds quickly and effectively. If there is an issue, the LitCommerce team works on it until we are satisfied. We look forward to working with them in the future for our full implementation and would recommend them to anyone looking for a way to link multiple sales channels.

Highly recommend LitCommerce for integration of Amazon, eBay, Etsy etc....I explored many other options which promised seamless integration and none of them delivered. LitCommerce in contrast delivered in spades and their customer service team is top notch. Always willing to help and support new businesses like myself. Response is near immediate. Again, Highly Recommend!

Great app, but most importantly, great communication and service. I raised a few problems I occurred and they were fixed. Big thank you to the team and especially to Ember which gave me hugeeeee help!

Good integration tool and customer service!

I have tried a few apps for cross listing and the team at LitCommerce are by far the best out there. They have already added a few functions to the app that we need in order to use it and they have been nothing but professional here. 5 Star

It is a really good Shopify app for starter/mid businesses, very affordable plan prices and their customer service is 10+.
We have few stores that we are using throughout this app and so far so good.
If we face any difficulties, the support chat is very attentive and the solutions are very fast and efficient.
We had some issues with the interface but they are helping us to improve our experience with it.

I have tried other multi-channel apps, but this one seems to be the best thought out. It is highly customizable. If you try it out, take some time learning about the templates and setting them up properly before trying to send listings to other channels. Also, set your channel settings before importing your products. I found chat help to be highly competent, including clear screen shots and coaching me through my learning curve. My session with Ember tonight was exceptional. If you get slow response times, note that they have live chat hours which are primarily in the evenings, if you are in the U.S. Great work Ember and LitCommerce!

I am new to this app. And been having a hard time linking my unlinked listings, and Ember has been helping me until it got sorted. At first, it did not work but when I asked her again, she really did her best to make things work and was able to link all the unlinked listings. Thank you.
