LitExtension helped me migrate all orders, customers and products from Wix to Shopify. At first I was a bit hesitant to use the app as you need to provide login info. But went ahead and had a great experience!
My contact, Harry was super professionel and helpful throughout the entire process. Kept me informed along the way and worked very fast even though we're in very different time zones. Would definitely use again for other projects!

LitExtension was life saver when we needed to migrate all our orders from Ecwid to Shopify. They also offered three months of support after the migration was completed. We haven't had one single problem with the migration data. It was a breath of fresh air to still have our old customers' order history in our system. They coded it with a prefix so we could identify the Ecwid store orders. The support staff was very helpful and the transfer was not only seamless but securely completed. I am new to Shopify with no knowledge on how to set it up. It must have been hard for LitExtension to work with us since I had no Idea what was possible vs what was not. However, LitExtension helped throughout the whole process of the migration in a very kind manner. We decided to migrate our shop from an obsolete OsCommerce to a new Shopify shop. We started this project 1.5 years ago, unfortunately we didn't know about the existence of LitExtension (we are not experts on this kind of things, and unfortunately who cared about our shopping platforms didn't tell us about of LE). So we tried obsolete procedures who had lot of troubles, included to not migrate all photos, field incoherence etc.
Fortunately, we discovered about LitExtension and everything changed!
LitExtension team asked us everything we need and started working on. Whenever there was any corrections to be made, they readily made it!
In something like two weeks we are almost ready to change our e-commerce platform!
