I recently used LitExtension to take the plunge and migrate from Volusion across to Shopify. We had been using Volusion for almost 9 years and had a fair amount of data to migrate! I was rather apprehensive, to say the least, but having contacted the LitExtension team several times before signing up I was always really impressed by the customer service I received. I performed their recommended 'Demo Migration' to test the software then proceeded with their All-In-One service. I was then assigned to Derek who performed the migration and he was excellent - always happy to help and prompt at replying to emails and queries. I'm really glad I chose LitExtension - don't let any typos on their website put you off! Their support was thorough and I always felt like I was in good hands.

LitExtension was successful in helping us with a complicated Magento-Shopify data transfer. In particular, Duc Tran was extremely helpful in helping us navigate the process. He responded quickely to our inquires and offered his assistance in a timely and professional manner. We look forward to our continued work with Duc and LitExtension in the future.

LitExtension was really great. I needed to transfer my orders data to a new store, they got it done accurately and with no delay, much quicker than they estimated. Staff are very attentive, and helpful. Highly recommend.

We moved across orders, customers, blog posts and reward points. The orders, customers and blog posts were moved with no hassle and 301 redirects were all fine. The reward points was a bit of a struggle but we got there in the end. Live chat support is very good.

Migrated over 1000 SKUs from Magento to Shopify. LitExtension got it done, and was even able to bring over things like sales data, item categories, and homepage navigation links. Friendly and efficient customer support as well. They made everything quick, easy, and painless, would definitely recommend!

They helped a lot and you can trust them. They make sure you get all your data. Their customer support is superb. Best of all they have clear pricing.

Very bad work done. I must work for hours now, or hire someone else, to do the work this company promised and never deliver. All Categories were NOT moved. The support is in Vietnam. They charged over 500 $ for moving a shop from Shopware to Shopify with 12.000 orders 20 Products and 8.000 Clients, and of course the Categories. They did not even moved the AGB's. Just stay away from this company.

Customer Service is better than what I've ever experienced. Keep on doing this and people will love your service/ company even more.
